This trial is looking for people with very high triglyceride levels. Participants will receive two injections and will be monitored for the treatment's effects on their triglycerides and other fats in the blood.
You may be able to join if
- I have a history of fasting triglyceride levels of 500 mg/dL or higher.
- My fasting triglyceride levels are 500 mg/dL or higher at two separate visits.
- I have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 45.0 kg/m2.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had a major cardiovascular event in the past 3 months.
- I have a known genetic condition called Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome.
- I have a history of any gene editing or gene therapy treatments.
- I have a history of chronic alcohol abuse in the past 3 years.
