About This Trial
Inflammatory myopathies are rare autoimmune diseases leading to progressive muscle weakness, often including the respiratory muscles. This study aims to investigate whether inspiratory muscle training (IMT) using a threshold device can improve functional status in patients with inflammatory myopathy.
