This trial is looking for people with advanced colorectal cancer who have not received treatment for it yet. Participants will receive standard chemotherapy along with a medication called bevacizumab, with or without another drug called INCA33890.
You may be able to join if
- I have stage IV colorectal adenocarcinoma.
- I have not received treatment for unresectable or metastatic disease.
- I have measurable disease.
- I have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1.
- I have adequate organ function.
You may not be able to join if
- I have MSI-H or dMMR cancer.
- I have a BRAF V600E mutation.
- I have untreated or progressing brain metastases.
- I have had another cancer in the past 2 years.
- I have taken an immune checkpoint inhibitor in the last 3 years.
- I have an active autoimmune disease that needed treatment in the past 2 years.
- I have a significant uncontrolled medical condition.
- I have had an organ transplant.
