This trial is looking for adults with active psoriatic arthritis or axial spondyloarthritis. Participants will receive bimekizumab, which can be given in different ways, to see how safe it is and how it moves in the body over time.
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years or older.
- I have been diagnosed with active psoriatic arthritis or axial spondyloarthritis.
- I weigh between 45-100 kg if female or 50-100 kg if male.
- I have not taken biologic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs or have stopped them at least 3 months ago.
You may not be able to join if
- I have serious organ system disorders.
- I have had severe psychiatric issues or substance abuse in the past year.
- I have recent or chronic infections, including tuberculosis.
- I have other inflammatory diseases.
- I have received live vaccines within the last 8 weeks.
- I have used glucagon-like peptide-1 agonists in the past 28 weeks.
