Inclusion Criteria:
Female patients aged 18-80 years
Clinical diagnosis of stress urinary incontinence
Failure of conservative management (pelvic floor exercises or medical therapy)
Desire to undergo surgical treatment (PLP or TOT)
Ability to provide informed consent
