Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Male and female patients aged 18-75 years.
* Clinical or anoscopic diagnosis of acute hemorrhoidal disease with prolapse severity between Grade II and IV (Goligher), possibly associated with external congestion.
