Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults (age \>= 18 years)
* Prior diagnosis of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC), currently on surveillance or receiving maintenance intravesical therapy (including intravesical chemotherapy, immunotherapy)
