Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥18 years.
* STOP-Bang score ≥5.
* Scheduled for sedated gastrointestinal endoscopy (gastroscopy, colonoscopy, or combined gastroscopy + colonoscopy).
* The estimated duration of the procedure does not exceed 45 minutes.
