Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age 18-80 years old;
2. Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage;
3. Supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH);
4. Hematoma volume \< 30 ml (calculated by ABC/2 method);
5. Glasgow Coma Scale score ≥ 9 at randomization;
6. Time from onset to randomization ≤ 72 hours;
