This trial is looking for adults with liver cancer to see if a drug called angiotensin II can improve a specific treatment. If eligible, participants will receive this drug during a procedure that delivers radioactive beads to the tumor.

You may be able to join if
- I have liver tumors that are 2 cm or larger.
- I am 18 years or older.
- I can give my own informed consent.
- I have been diagnosed with liver cancer.
- I need radioembolization treatment.
You may not be able to join if
- I have uncontrolled high blood pressure.
- I have taken 3 or more high blood pressure medications.
- I had a serious blood clot event in the last 6 months.
- I currently take ACE inhibitors.
- I currently take angiotensin II receptor blockers.
- I have a severe allergy to contrast fluids.
- I weigh more than 150 kg.
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding.

About This Trial
This clinical trial will test whether a short infusion of a drug called angiotensin II (AT-II) can make a liver cancer treatment work better. The drug is given directly into the artery that supplies blood to the liver, right before a treatment called yttrium-90 (90Y) radioembolization.

* Patients diagnosed with primary or metastatic liver tumors (any histological type).
* A clinical indication for radioembolization.
* Liver tumors with a diameter ≥ 2 cm.
* Age ≥ 18 years.
