This trial is looking for ICU nurses to test a new AI tool that helps check for skin injuries. Participating involves using either standard methods or an AI app to assess patients' skin health.

You may be able to join if

  • I have worked as a nurse for at least 6 months.
  • I spend more than 50% of my work time caring directly for patients.
  • I assess skin for patients at risk of pressure injuries.
  • I care for adult patients aged 18 or older.
  • I work with patients currently in the ICU.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have worked as a nurse for less than 6 months.
  • I spend less than 50% of my work time directly caring for patients.
  • I am caring for patients receiving end-of-life care.
  • I am caring for patients with severe skin problems.
  • I am caring for patients who have had recent skin grafts.
  • I am caring for patients who cannot stay in position for skin assessments.
