Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* chronic non- specific back pain for more than 3 months
* teaching hours from 4 to 6 hours, 4 days per week\\
* female sufferers
* Body Mass Index 20 - 22
Exclusion Criteria:
* No History of previous back surgeries
* no history of discogenic lesion
* overweight
