About This Trial

Eligibility Criteria
Key Inclusion Criteria:
* Definite ALS or Probable ALS using the El Escorial criteria.
* Symptom onset of ≤18 months at screening.
* Slow vital capacity (SVC) greater or equal to 60% predicted.
