Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Both sexes.
* High-risk neonates with any of the following:
* Critically ill neonates.
* Neonatal sepsis.
* Neonatal encephalopathy includes hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
* Respiratory distress.
* Neonatal seizures.
* Birth asphyxia.
