Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients aged 18 years or older.
* Scheduled for elective cardiac surgery (CABG, Valve replacement/repair, or combined procedures).
* Surgery performed under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).
* Preoperative sinus rhythm.
* Signed informed consent form.
