Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 30 -50 years
* both male and female
* Unilateral lumbar radiculopathy
* Posteriolateral mild disc herniation on MRI
* SLR test positive (30 to 70) degree
* crosed SLR test positive
