Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients aged 21-60 years old.
* Both sexes.
* Patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I \& II.
* Undergoing elective spine surgery.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patient refusal.
* History of allergic reactions to melatonin or pregabalin.
