Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosed with post-stroke aphasia;
* Right-handed;
* Native Chinese speaker with comprehension of Mandarin;
* Aged 18-80 years;
* Complete relevant assessment and imaging data;
* Informed consent obtained from the patient and their family.
