Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* With an ECG followed by an echocardiogram within a 90-day interval
* With preserved left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF ≥ 50%)
Exclusion Criteria:
* missing essential variables or ECG lead data
* any prior LVEF \< 50%
