  • I have a history of coronary artery disease.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have Parkinson's disease or a tremor.
  • I have an upper arm fistula.

  • I drink too much alcohol.
  • I have unstable coronary artery disease.

About This Trial
The overall objective of the planned future clinical trial is to test the investigator's central hypothesis that habitual singing over several weeks, similar to habitual exercise, will lead to sustained and favorable vascular adaptation, thereby lowering cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk.
