Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Youth with a DSM-5 diagnosis of MDE
Exclusion Criteria:
* Has a recent change in antidepressants or psychotherapy treatment within 4 weeks.
* Allergic to omega-3 fatty acids
