Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age between 18 and 70 years
* Tumor size between 1.5 cm and 4 cm
* Unilateral vestibular schwannoma
Exclusion Criteria:
* Degenerative neurological conditions
* History of cerebrovascular disease
* Musculoskeletal deformities
