This trial is looking for adults with gout who are already taking Allopurinol. Participants will take ABP-671 while continuing their Allopurinol therapy to see how the two medicines interact.

You may be able to join if

  • I am 18 to 75 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with gout.
  • I have been taking Allopurinol daily for at least 14 days.
  • I have normal kidney function or moderate kidney impairment.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have significant liver problems.
  • I have had a serious allergic reaction to Allopurinol.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.

About This Trial

This is a open-Label, Within-Subject Drug-Drug Interaction Study of ABP-671 Added to Stable Allopurinol Therapy in Gout Patients. Pharmacokinetic (PK) interaction between ABP-671 and Allopurinol will be evaluated in participants who are on stable Allopurinol therapy.
