Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* patients scheduled for surgery requiring general anesthesia with neuromuscular blocking agents
Exclusion Criteria:
* anticipated or known difficult airway
* increased risk for aspiration
* pregnancy
* neuromuscular disorders
