This trial is looking for older adults with mild to moderate Parkinson's disease. Participants will take part in guided exercise sessions three times a week for three weeks, with some monitored remotely.

- I have had an acute medical illness that required hospitalization.

-Older adults with mild to moderate PD.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Acute medical illness requiring hospitalization;
* Under 40 years old;
