Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients aged 18 years or older.
* Diagnosis of thyroid pathology requiring total or subtotal thyroidectomy.
* Signed Informed Consent Form (ICF).
* Patients capable of complying with the 12-week follow-up schedule.
