Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for women with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative early breast cancer who have residual disease after chemotherapy. Participants will receive treatment with ribociclib and an aromatase inhibitor and will be monitored for safety and effectiveness.

You may be able to join if

  • I am a woman at least 18 years old.
  • I have early breast cancer with residual disease after chemotherapy.
  • I have hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative cancer.
  • I have had at least 18 weeks of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
  • I have had surgery to remove my cancer.
  • I am accessible for scheduled visits and treatment.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have signs of distant spread of cancer.
  • I have severe allergies to ribociclib or aromatase inhibitors.
  • I have serious heart problems or have had a heart attack in the last 6 months.
  • I have uncontrolled infections or chronic diseases that could interfere with the study.
