This trial is looking for adults with patellar tendinitis who can participate in a treatment program. Participants will receive different types of shock wave therapy to help reduce knee pain and improve function.

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 45 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with patellar tendinitis.
  • I have knee joint pain with a pain score between 3 and 7.
  • I do not have other orthopedic or neurological conditions affecting my legs.
  • I am able to sign an informed consent form.
  • I can cooperate with the treatment and follow-up.

You may not be able to join if

  • I had knee joint surgery in the past year.
  • I have knee pain from other causes or conditions affecting my knee.
  • I have chronic knee pain from other reasons.
  • I have conditions that prevent me from having shock wave therapy.
  • I have serious health issues, like heart failure or severe infections.
