About This Trial
This study aims to examine the effect of productivity training on nurses' perceived job stress and attitudes toward productivity. It was designed as a randomized controlled experimental study with a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up design. Inclusion Criteria: * Being a nurse * Being over 18 years old * Working in the institution for at least 3 months * Volunteering to participate in the study Exclusion Criteria: * Not being a nurse * Being over 65 years old * Not volunteering to participate in the study
