Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 18 to 75 years.
* Meet the 2017 EULAR/ACR diagnostic criteria for Anti-synthetase Syndrome (ASS).
* Presence of Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) confirmed by High-Resolution Computed Tomography (HRCT).
