"Assessment of postoperative pain with conventional and tumescent local anesthesia in the laser treatment of pilonidal sinus." Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosed pilonidal sinus disease * Laser treatment for pilonidal sinus disease * Able to provide informed consent Exclusion Criteria: * Recurrent pilonidal sinus * Chronic pain syndrome * Prisoners
