This trial is looking for adults with Alcohol Use Disorder and moderate depression who are in an outpatient treatment program. Participants will try a virtual reality nature experience to see if it helps improve their depression, anxiety, and stress levels compared to standard care.

You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with Alcohol Use Disorder.
- I am enrolled in an Intensive Outpatient Program.
- I have moderate or greater depression symptoms.
You may not be able to join if
- I have severe motion sickness or sensitivity to virtual reality.
- I have medical conditions that prevent me from using virtual reality.
- I have significant cognitive impairments that prevent me from understanding consent.
- I have thoughts of hurting myself after talking to my doctor.
- I need glasses for vision correction, unless my prescription is mild or I use contact lenses.

About This Trial
This pilot randomized clinical trial will evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary effectiveness of immersive Virtual Reality (VR) nature intervention among adults with at least moderate depression symptoms enrolled in an intensive outpatient Program (IOP) for Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD).

Inclusion Criteria:
* Individuals with a documented AUD diagnosis
* Individuals enrolled in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) (First week enrollment or planned enrollment in Michigan Medicine's Addiction Treatment Services (UMATS) IOP)
