Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 18 years or older
* Scheduled for elective diagnostic or therapeutic urological procedures (cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, prostate biopsy, intradetrusor botulinum toxin injection) under monitored anesthesia care
* Able to provide written informed consent
