Inclusion Criteria:
* Age between 18 and 65 years
* Clinical symptoms consistent with carpal tunnel syndrome
* Electrophysiologically confirmed mild or moderate carpal tunnel syndrome
* Ability to comply with the study protocol and follow-up assessments
