About This Trial
The present study will explore a novel treatment strategy for unresectable lung adenocarcinoma combining a unique unconventional radiotherapy technique for high dose partial tumor irradiation (PTI) sparing the peritumoral immune microenvironment (PIM) with an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)-based immunotherapy.
