About This Trial
Cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF), which is a key marker of heart and lung health, can be improved through regular physical activity, particularly aerobic exercises. * Healthy children without chronic illness
* Cognitive skills
Exclusion Criteria:
* Cardiovascular disease,
