You may be able to join if
- I work for an in-home care agency.
- I have at least one older adult client with Mild Cognitive Impairment or Alzheimer's Disease.
- I am at least 18 years old.
- I speak and understand English.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a history of seizures.
- I have severe motion sickness.
- I cannot see images in the virtual reality headset.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Employed by an in-home care agency and have at least one older adult client with Mild Cognitive Impairment or Alzheimer's Disease or Related Dementia
* At least 18 years of age
* Are proficient in English
