Inclusion Criteria:
* Adult patients aged 18 years or older
* Histologically confirmed colon cancer
* Scheduled for elective surgical resection of colon cancer
* Eligible for perioperative treatment with study medication (lidocaine, dexamethasone, or placebo) according to the protocol
