This trial is looking for teenagers with anorexia nervosa or atypical anorexia to assess a type of training program. Participants must be currently receiving outpatient treatment for their eating disorder.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 13 and 19 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa or atypical anorexia nervosa.
  • I am currently seeing a specialist for my eating disorder.
  • I can speak Portuguese.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have current thoughts of suicide or harmful behavior.
  • I risk being hospitalized due to my health getting worse.
  • I have a diagnosis of a psychotic disorder.
  • I have a diagnosis of bipolar disorder.
  • I have a substance dependence.
  • My doctor thinks I shouldn't participate in online sessions.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * Adolescents aged 13 to 19 years; * Diagnosis of Anorexia Nervosa or Atypical Anorexia Nervosa; confirmed by the treating child and adolescent psychiatrist according to DSM-5-TR or ICD-11 criteria; * Currently followed in an Eating Disorder Outpatient Consultation; * Fluent in …
