Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* All ST-elevation MI undergoing Primary PCI
Exclusion Criteria:
* In-stent culprit lesion
* Contraindications to antiplatelets
* Stent implantation within 3 months before enrollment
* Cardiac arrest, intubation, or cardiogenic shock
* Life-expectancy less than one year
