About This Trial
This randomized clinical trial aims to determine the effects of targeted isometric and isotonic hand strengthening exercises on hand function, dexterity, grip strength and grip endurance in competitive female badminton athletes aged 18-30 years. Participants will be randomly allocated into two groups receiving either isometric or isotonic hand strengthening exercise programs performed three times …

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Female badminton athletes
* Age between 18-30 years
* Right-hand dominant
* Minimum 2 years of competitive badminton experience
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of upper limb injury in last 6 months
* Cardiovascular or metabolic disorder limiting exercise
