Inclusion Criteria (intervention group):
* Reproductive age (premenopausal);
* Diagnosis of Stage II-III Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) (negative for estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2));
