This trial is looking for patients who are having surgery for lung cancer to help understand risk factors for blood clots after the operation. Participants will need to be followed for 30 days after their surgery to collect health information.

You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years or older
- I am having surgery for lung cancer
- I will stay in the hospital for at least 48 hours
- I can provide my health information for the study
- I agree to participate in a follow-up for 30 days
You may not be able to join if
- I had a deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism before surgery
- I have been on blood thinners for 2 weeks or more before surgery
- I have severe bleeding disorders
- I have severe liver, kidney, or blood problems
- I am having another major surgery at the same time
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding
- I do not have complete health information after my surgery

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age ≥ 18 years
2. Patients undergoing surgical resection for lung cancer
3. Postoperative hospital stay ≥ 48 hours
4. Availability of perioperative clinical, laboratory, and imaging data
5. Willingness to provide informed consent and participate in 30-day follow-up
