Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with severe preeclampsia undergoing cesarean section
* Gestational age \> 32 weeks
Exclusion Criteria:
* • Age \< 20 years.
* Diabetic
* Patients with neuromuscular diseases.
* Patient refusal.
