This trial is looking for adults with obesity or who are overweight and experiencing nausea and vomiting from specific weight loss medications. Participants will receive either the study drug, Tradipitant, or a placebo to see how it helps with their symptoms.
You may be able to join if
- I have a Body Mass Index between 25 and 40
- I do not have serious medical problems
- I do not have type I or type II diabetes
You may not be able to join if
- I have another condition causing stomach symptoms
- I have been intolerant or allergic to NK-1 receptor antagonists
- I have been intolerant or allergic to GLP-1 receptor agonists
- I have taken any experimental medication in the past 60 days
