Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* breast cancer patients with starting adjuvant aromatase inhibitor within 4 weeks
* able to read and write
Exclusion Criteria:
* chronic arthritis
* history of heart failure or acute coronary syndrome within 6 months
