About This Trial
This randomized controlled trial evaluates the effect of ultrasound-guided iPACK block with Adductor Canal Block (ACB) on the Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index (SII) in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty under spinal anesthesia.
