About This Trial

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults (≥40 years) with diabetic neuropathy (Toronto score ≥6).
* Persistent pain (NPS) despite standard therapy.
* Stable diabetes management (HbA1c ≤8.5%).

* History of drug allergy to gabapentinoids.
