This trial is looking for adults with advanced solid tumors to test a new drug called BNT3214. Participants will help researchers understand if the drug is safe and effective by trying different doses.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have at least one measurable tumor.
  • I have advanced solid tumors that have worsened after standard therapy.
  • I expect to live for at least 3 more months.
  • I have good liver, kidney, and blood function.
  • My performance status is 0 or 1.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have untreated or symptomatic brain metastases.
  • I have a history of severe lung disease or pneumonitis.
  • I have uncontrolled high blood pressure or poorly controlled diabetes.
  • I have a serious heart problem.
  • I have a history of major blood clots recently.
  • I have an active hepatitis B or C infection.
  • I have severe autoimmune diseases.
  • I have had serious side effects from previous immunotherapy.

About This Trial
This study is the first time the drug BNT3214 (also referred to as PM8102) will be tested in people. It is designed to find out if the drug is safe and how well it works for adults with advanced solid tumors. The study will have three parts.
