Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria (Aconite Poisoned Group):
* adult patients aged 18 years or above
* clinical presentations consistent with acute aconite poisoning, including neurological, gastrointestinal, or cardiovascular symptoms
* exposure to aconite alkaloids within 3 days
